Once the customized goods have been shipped, we do not accept refunds or returns. However, you can request pictures or schedule a video conference to verify the quality of your order. You can make changes to the garments while the order is still with us. Once the order has been shipped, we can still accommodate changes, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and re-shipping the garments.
