1 – What is the minimum order quantity for your apparel manufacturing services?
We offer smaller minimum order quantities of 50 pieces per design to apparel companies and brands worldwide. This allows them to launch their businesses with unique designs and market them to attract more orders. The small order quantity also helps brands avoid sampling hassles, giving them the flexibility to test the market before committing to larger orders.
2 – What is the lead time for receiving an order?
The lead time for receiving an order depends on several factors, including the complexity of the design, production schedule, and shipping method. Typically, our lead time ranges from 7 to 14 days. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide a more specific timeline based on your requirements and location. If you need expedited delivery, we also offer faster shipping options, subject to availability.
3 – Do you offer any discounts, services, or programs?
Custom Clothes Co. offers quantity and promotional discounts, which are introduced seasonally for our regular customers. With our quantity discount, the more garments you order of the same design, the lower the cost per item. For example, if you’re planning to order only 30 or 50 shirts, try increasing your order to 100, 200, or even 500. You’ll see a significant difference in the price per piece.
4 – Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, you can order a sample before placing a full order. Pre-production samples are made using the same process as the final garments in large-scale production. If you'd like a sample before committing to the full production order, we can accommodate that request during the production process. However, please note that there will be a charge for sample shipment, and we will require a reasonable deposit to ensure that you're serious about proceeding with the full order. We offer both prototyping and sample production services.
5 – What will happen to my order if I fail to approve the sample?
If you fail to respond or approve any sample sent to you within one month, your order will be put on hold and will resume once we receive your approval.
6 – Is the apparel catalog all that your website offers?
The website list does not represent our complete selection of customizable apparel products. We have access to a wide range of products and materials. For more ideas about our manufacturing options, please refer to our portfolio section. If you don't see what you're looking for, let us know, and we'll arrange it according to your needs. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality, customizable products, made precisely to our clients' specifications.
7 – Can I bring my own garments to Cut and Sew Apparel for embroidery, screen printing, or other services?
No, you cannot bring your own raw materials or garments. We specialize in creating apparel from scratch, ensuring 100% quality assurance on all the products we manufacture. This way, when you order custom-made clothing, we can guarantee high-end quality. Additionally, our production takes place in Pakistan, and it would be costly for customers to ship fabric. It is more cost-effective to purchase the fabric locally.
8 – Do you provide proofs before apparel production?
You will always receive proof of your order from Cut and Sew Apparel before it goes into production. We do not print, embroider, sublimate, or create anything without your express written approval. We are happy to provide as many pictures as needed until you are fully satisfied and give us the go-ahead to proceed with production. If no changes are required, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval of the proof for production. We will not move forward with the order until we have received written approval of the proof from our client.
9 – How long does it take to receive a quote or a response to my inquiry?
With our latest communication tools, you are always connected to your dedicated Relationship Manager at Custom Clothes Co. This Relationship Manager will work with you from design through to the delivery of your garments.
10 – How long does it typically take to restock an item?
We have a fast order turnaround system. A quick restock is possible if a product sells faster than expected. The standard timeframe of 14 working days is a rough estimate provided to all clients, as orders typically do not take long to complete. The actual turnaround time depends on the specifics of each project, such as order quantity, production process, services rendered, and the complexity of the order. However, restocking within 2 months allows us to provide a shorter overall timeframe, as we can skip the approval process, which automatically reduces the turnaround time.
